How do I login?

To Login:

  1. Click here to go to the login page.
  2. Locate the Email address & Password fields.
  3. Enter the Email address & Password that you used when you registered.
  4. Click Log In to complete the login process.

My Password is not working.

If your password is not working, please make sure you have done the following:

  1. Registered on this site.
  2. Entered your password as you entered it when you registered. The User Name and Password are case sensitive so make sure your Caps Lock is not on.
  3. Enabled Cookies on your browser. To enable cookies on your browser (or to check if they are enabled), please follow the steps below:

    To enable cookies in Internet Explorer:

    1. Open the Tools menu.
    2. Select Internet Options.
    3. Select the Security tab.
    4. Select the Custom Level button. A window will display showing your settings.
    5. Where Cookies is listed be sure that the following options are Enabled:

      - Allow cookies that are stored on your computer

      - Allow per session cookies (not stored)

    To Enable cookies in Netscape/Mozilla:

    1. Click 'Edit' and Select 'Preferences...'
    2. Expand the 'Privacy & Security' Category and Select 'Cookies'
    3. Enable the button next to 'Enable all cookies'
    4. Click 'OK'

I forgot my password.

To request a new password:

  1. From the Log In screen, click Recover lost password
  2. Enter the E-mail Address that you used to set up the account
  3. Click Request Password Reset

An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to you shortly thereafter (please allow at least one hour).

Must I take a course in a single session?

No. You may take a break and log out at any time. To continue from where you were, Log In and go to "My Courses" at the top of the screen to see a list of your current "In Progress" and/or "Completed" courses. Click on the course you wish to resume, and you will be taken to the page you last visited. However, the pre-assessment and the post-assessment must be completed in one sitting.

What if I lose my connection while taking a course?

Your progress is stored in our database, so you may leave a course at any time, voluntarily or not, and resume where you left off. To continue from where you were, go to "My Courses" at the top of the screen to see a list of your current courses. Click on the course you wish to resume, and you will have a choice of going back to the beginning or continuing from where you left off.

How will I know in what order to complete the courses in my assignments?

Your Deloitte Partner DataLink instructor will provide guidance on the desired order of completion. We want to make sure you maximize learning potential by building knowledge and skills based on logical sequencing. However, all learning module are set to allow accessing them repeatedly and in any order to ensure open access to all learning material on demand.

How many times can I take the courses and/or review the content material?

You have unlimited access to all courses listed in the “My Courses” menu at the top of the screen. There is no restriction on the number of times you can retake courses and/or review course content. To continue from where you were, go to "My Courses" at the top of the screen to see a list of your current courses. Click on the course you wish to resume, and you will have a choice of going back to the beginning or continuing from where you left off. However, remember the pre-assessment and the post-assessment must be completed in one sitting.

How will I know if I have completed a course?

You can view your course completions on “My Courses” tab. To successfully complete a course, you must take the course; answer all knowledge check questions throughout the course; access and review the menu, glossary, and resources buttons in each course as available.

Note: You will be able to view the course completion in “My Courses” tab after you have accessed the menu button in the course.

What if I have a question while completing the course? Is there a way to email the instructor for assistance?

Please send all questions to centralk1help@deloitte.com.Your Partner DataLink training instructor monitors this mailbox and will respond directly if you need assistance with accessing or completing the module. Non-urgent questions will be answered in a group response or during the designated time in the classroom.
